Awesome venue!! Easiest in and out parking in.my concert going history of over 50 years. Staff very customer friendly and look forward to more concerts there
Loved almost everything about this theater! It's charming, has beautiful architectural accents, a very friendly, helpful staff, nice selection of beverages & snacks, and just a pleasure to catch a performance. I would've given it 5 stars if seats weren't so close to each other, which was the only thing I didn't like too much, even though the seats themselves were comfortable. Crammed together seats notwithstanding, I'd still recommend you visit, just have patience with your seat neighbor who you may literally be rubbing elbows with lol. An usher told me the auditorium holds 1,146 people.
Was on the symphony orchestra concert - it’s amazing. Good sound and comfortable chairs. The hall looks nice and staff is welcoming. Nice and free parking. Like the bar - good choice and adequate prices (15 usd for a glass of wine). 4 stars just because lobby area isn’t spacious enough and even uncomfortable during intermission. And that would be great if they would add some more bins for garbage because the ones they have were filled and trash was even outside.
This venue really isn’t ideal for concerts - it seems better suited for smaller events or plays. The concert I attended was sold out, but the seating situation was a mess. The woman next to us apparently bought extra tickets just to keep people away and spent most of the show complaining that we were in “her” seats — even though we had our own valid tickets. It felt like a pattern across the theater, with several people sitting wherever they wanted. I had bought six tickets on release day but ended up having to spread out across separate areas. The Parker might need to do a better job managing and policing their ticketing, because no one should be able to buy multiple seats just to keep others away. Unfortunately, that whole situation ruined the experience for my wife, and I ended up leaving early and missing the last few songs — definitely disappointing. On the positive side, parking was free and a short walk from the entrance, and the staff who greeted us were very kind and helpful. However, it was uncomfortably hot inside, which didn’t make things any better for a packed indoor concert. Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience. Some people can be unpleasant anywhere you go, but between the seating chaos, the heat, and the disruption, this night missed the mark for us. I most likely won’t be returning.
The Venue is Very Nice, Comfortable Seating, Excellent Sound System ! My Only Complaint were the Cocktails at the Bar, $24 bucks for a Double, which was a Regular Size Drink anywhere else !! This was for Either Wine, or a Vodka Cranberry. I quess this is the Norm Now in South Florida, but with tickets in the $100 plus range ?? Who can Afford to go out anymore ?? I guess a LOT of People… it was Sold Out ! We went to see “Leonid and Friends “, Chicago Tribute Tour, and they Delivered a Top Show !! Every Member of the Band Deserved a Standing Ovation, Great Show !! Leonid
