I haven't been here in years and was pleasantly surprised the way it looks. Very clean and the seats were comfortable. What I didnt like was the steep incline to get to our seats, then to the bathroom, down and back up the incline, not so good for the elderly (my mama for instance). The concession stand signs were not marked clearly and she was in the alcohol line and didnt know it and had to move to a different line for soda 🙄. The show was easy to hear and see.
Very well kept theater with old charm. Bathrooms currently being renovated (Oct 2025) so the wait during intermission for the ladies was long, but it'll be resolved soon. The seats are quite plush and leave just enough room to scoot by people if needed. I would definitely see another show here!
Went to a concert for the first time in there in years. Atmosphere was great service was wonderful. If I had anything to complain about it would be how uncomfortable some of the cushions in the chairs we had on the main floor were not so comfy. And a little too low for us, old folks.
The Jerry Sovnfeld show was awesome. The ventage art nouvaeu style is sublim. Seats are ergomatic, designed to protect me from the hilarious hazards, busting a gut, or slapped with a Jerry joke. The acoustics were excellent, I could armored hear Jerry's thoughs. Yikes! Very impressive. Beer was pricey but very delicious. Jerry says some of the weirdest things, but funny as ever. Thanks TPAC and Jerry for a great show.
It was a nice venue. I was there for my daughter's swearing in ceremony for an attorney in Kansas. There's parking nearby 1 block west and 2 blocks north.
