Finish dinner 30+ minutes before showtime. Most restaurants offer pre-theater menus.
Highly recommended, especially for evening performances. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Most listed restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. Factor in extra time during busy hours.

One of the absolute best venues to see top name acts in an relaxed smaller theatre. We have seen many shows at The Harvester, and on this date we were there to see Lyle Lovett. Beingba bass player myself, I was thrilled to meet and speak with world famous bassist Leland Sklar. I have met many celebrities over time, but I have never met a friendlier person. Leland was outside the venue strolling around and walked onto the patio where we were waiting for the doors to open. I approached him and asked if I could get a picture with him. His response, " anything you want." We chatted for about 15 minutes uninterrupted, and he treated me like he'd known me all my life. That's the beauty of the Harvester. Many artists are very down-to-earth and accessible. The venue itself has a top quality sound and light system and every show weve seen there has been an excellent experience! The staff is friendly and helpful. An excellent and intimate venue to see top named and up coming acts.
Great, awesome local (to the Roanoke market) venue. Tix are starting to get pricey. Enjoyed: Martin Barre', the Machine, Alt Rumours, to name a few of the acts we have seen there.
Best sound I've heard in a really long time! Love this venue! Last night was my first time and I'll be going back tonight! Staff are very friendly and helpful!
Went to the Harvester first time the other night and I must say it did not disappoint. From the time you walk up you are greeted and welcomed by the staff. The venue is awesome. The seats were comfortable. It is not so big you get "lost" in the crowd. The sound and lighting were amazing. I'm already looking for our next show.
The Harvester is the perfect venue of you want an up-close, intimate music experience. Great acoustics, wonderful staff and not a bad seat in the house! Amd the ticket prices are fantastic! I've seen a wide variety of acts here and have been immensely pleased every time! Please support this wonderful venue!!
