What an incredible building with so much beauty and history! Me and my bestfriend had the wonderful opportunity to go and see Carmen the ballet and it was one of the most amazing performances I’ve ever seen! It was our first time seeing an opera and we were both blown away by the talent of the ballet dancers and the live orchestra that accompanied them! They both worked together to tell such a heartbreakingly beautiful story and I’m so grateful that we got to experience such a special moment together! It was the last performance they were doing for the season and they put their all into it! I definitely can’t wait to come back to see another performance
Just a stunning building, and the sound quality was unbelievable. The orchestra was great And the seats are pretty Dang, comfortable even for someone like myself. With lower back problems. Great staff, very helpful and cheerful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and working there
Just had the distinct pleasure of seeing, Cavalleria rusticana & Pagliacci · Echoes of Excellence! A grand performance by a phenomenal cast of actors. To see operas live is a lifetime experience. I would highly recommend seeing these two performances!
It’s such a beautiful theater, I went on Monday night to see Medea and the performance was amazing. The venue is gorgeous. The costumes the makeup everything was just amazing and the ushers provide great service and are very helpful and they have snacks and alcoholic drinks I didn’t see mocktails on the menu, but when I requested one it was made for me. I got a box seat and the seats were very comfortable and you could see the stage perfectly and lots of room
Beautiful venue! Seats are surprisingly comfortable, well padded and there is decent leg room which is unusual in an older theatre. I wish the concessions weren’t so difficult or slow to get to but overall a lovely night out.
