Finish dinner 30+ minutes before showtime. Most restaurants offer pre-theater menus.
Highly recommended, especially for evening performances. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Most listed restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. Factor in extra time during busy hours.

Acoustics were great but the balcony seats were so uncomfortable. Your head is basically in between the legs of the person above you. It's a tight squeeze and your knees will hit the seat even if you're short. The views are great from the balcony but just beware of the space issue
Nice place to see a show! Beautiful venue with good viewing of the stage from almost every seat in the house! We have visited many times over the years. While it is starting to again show it's age, a fresh coat of paint, piping the decorative scroll works or deep cleaning the carpets from time to time might make this place better. I wish there was a way to upgrade the bathrooms in this building.
Absolutely beautiful and well worth the trip! Parking is relatively convenient for Boston. The theater was in good condition and the show was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The acoustics in the building is top tier 👌
Very old theatre - seats are tight but the atmosphere is great. The people that work there are really pleasant and the show we saw was fantastic. I definitely recommend the Cirque Dreams Holidaze show for families and kids of all ages. My teenagers loved it.
Event info had doors open at 7, show at 8. By 7:30 doors were still closed with confusion by staff and showgoers alike as to what was going on. Rumor was doors were going to open at 7:50. I had a ticket for the balcony and was told to head upstairs. I needed to use a bathroom and was told I couldn't in the balcony because the doors were still closed. I then went down to the lobby and was told I wouldn't be able to use the bathroom there either. So I left the theater and went outside to find a bathroom and then come back. I never understand when logistics issues happen for an even venue that is well established for an event venue and practically has events nightly. If I had a medical condition I imagine that could've gone really poorly.
