Great venue to catch a show. The acoustics are phenomenal and it's intimate enough that there are no bad seats. It's located right in the middle of Playhouse Square, and very easy to find parking. Lots of good restaurants in the area if you want to grab a bite before or a drink afterwards.
This was my first experience attending a performance at the mimi theater. Had the opportunity to attend the Hyprov improv/hypnosis show (which was fantastic.) I was very happy with the leg room afforded to me as I'm a bit tall and this is always a concern for me in venues like this. I had room to spare for my legs and was not cramped at all. For context of my seating location, I was in the orchestra left - Row E. As an aside to the this specific venue but of playhouse in general, love the soft baked pretzels they serve and can't help but get one when I attend a performance within playhouse square.
Such a beautiful building! The play was really cute!(Photo was taken before show started) as photos are not permitted .
The theater is beautiful. All off them are an incredible sight.
You can't beat Playhouse Square in Cleveland. It's the second largest theater district to New York City, and I think the prettiest theaters in the country.
