This theater is so cute! Great snack options when I came to see JOY Musicial. The staff were very sweet and patient. It felt so light and warming in there which is perfect for the theme of the inspirational Musicial 💛🥰 I look forward to seeing the next Musicial st this theater. Check in was also seamless.
Very nice off-Broadway venue. Good seats. Attentive, friendly staff. Go see Joy currently playing!
My first show I’ve seen in this theater. The chairs were comfortable. We were up in the mezzanine, and the view was great! It was a good value for the price. And from the looks of it, I’d guess every seat has clear sight lines. The lobby and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were also friendly and efficient. Even exiting after the show had a good and easy flow unlike some places that really have bottlenecks at the doors or stairs. I’d gladly see something here again! Go for it
What a gem of a theater! My whole family just saw Joy The Musical yesterday, starring the absolutely wonderful Betsy Wolfe, and we were blown away—not just by the show, but by the entire experience at the Laura Pels Theater. The venue is clean, cozy, and intimate, with no bad seats in the house. You truly feel close to the performance no matter where you’re sitting. The staff running the theater couldn’t have been any nicer—warm, helpful, and clearly passionate about creating a welcoming environment. It was a perfect afternoon. We can’t wait to come back!
The Counter I was late for the show, but the staffs were very professional and nice. They helped me move in quickly. Even though I wasn’t able to sit at seat that I bought, but I can still enjoy the show. The theatre is smaller than others that I have been to, and thanks to that, there’s not much difference between that seat and my original seat. The show was kind of showing how complicated people’s lives are and how they overcome it or maybe not. Overall, I would recommend it
