Weill Hall at Green Music Center stands as Rohnert Park's premier destination for diverse musical and theatrical performances. This versatile venue welcomes everything from classical symphonies and jazz ensembles to Celtic traditions and contemporary alternative acts, creating a dynamic cultural hub that serves the North Bay region. The hall is part of the larger Green Music Center complex, designed to provide an intimate yet sophisticated setting for both renowned touring artists and emerging local talent.
The venue offers audiences an immersive experience where every seat provides excellent sightlines and acoustics carefully crafted for musical performance. Whether you're experiencing the delicate nuances of a chamber music recital or the energetic rhythms of a folk ensemble, the hall's design ensures that each note reaches you with clarity and warmth. The intimate scale creates a connection between performers and audience that larger venues simply cannot match.

Saw tower power here the other night this venue is so amazing such a combination of a beautifully put together architectural masterpiece as well as a beautiful outside lawn to watch a concert under the stars as well as tables and food and drink availability. It’s about 40 minutes north of Marin and Well worth the drive. Very well run facility they know how to move a crowd very quickly, and a lot of the people who work their students of Sonoma state very nice folks
Absolutely beautiful. Flew up for a concert in the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Hall and was in awe of the space. We were also very lucky to be seated in their "Loft" setup.
The theater is very nice, quite an unusual and interesting layout with the indoor/outdoor arrangement. Only thing I'd say that caught me off guard was if you have a seat in the indoor part no food or beverages, not even water is permitted. Weird Al and his band was great!
Went to see weird al. Was w goid sounding show. My issue is with the layout. The venue is a small inside venue that a wall opens up and allows for people to view from outside but the walls also stop a lot of people fr seeing the stage and the video screen on the outside blocks the video screen on the inside. So unless you spend a lot of money for inside the building, a lot of the seats have an obstructed view. Besides that. They let you bring in lhigh backed lawn chairs, but if you don't have one, then you get to sit behind people who do, and that also obstructs your view. There are so many other better outdoor venues for large scale music. Then this one. I would advise caution and be prepared to spend money on good seats if you actually want to enjoy the full show experience.
Putting a standing section in front of the tables is really messed up. I just spent hundreds of dollars to watch a screen because short people standing in front of us blocked the view entire and got yelled at if I stood up at my table. Shitty venue.
