My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary last night by driving to Spartanburg, SC, to see the Travis Tritt concert st this venue! It was our first time in Spartanburg, SC, and our first time at this auditorium. We had a great time, the concert was great and the whole experience at this auditorium was perfect! Parling was easy and FREE! Yes, I said FREE! 🤣 There was a line we had to wait in outside, but the line moved quickly (which was a blessing because it was hot 🔥 outside) and we were inside under air conditioning soon! The restrooms were clean and plentiful! There was plenty of eating tenders for eat and drink. We found out seating with ease. We had decent seats and we enjoyed the music, which acousticly was great. Like I said, it was the first time for us at this auditorium. I thought every aspect from security to shading, was handled professionally. We will definitely go back to another show at this venue. If given an opportunity! All in all it was a great night! ❤️🎵🎼
Great little venue for music. Free parking around back is a wonderful little bonus! Plus they donate tickets to veterans! Will definitely be seeing more events here!
Whoever Barbara is who "helps" with tickets at the box office should try and listen more, all she did was interrupt me and continuously make the suggestion that I come down to see a map of the seating chart . When purchasing bulk tickets, she should have suggested locations for families and not be so pushy and sounding annoyed. If she is only comfortable helping with customers in person, she should not answer the phone.. ever! Terrible call all around. I now have to come down to purchase 10+ tickets in person because Barbara did not help me.
Very smooth getting into the venue, but the security could have been better. A drunk girl breached the stage during the wrestling event, and after the ring was moved- the crowd almost caused a stampede rushing to the front of the stage. It could have been handled better than it was. Otherwise, we had a great time.
Went to the Auditorium to see the Drag Queens from the Rupaul show. The show was amazing. My only complaint is that it was so so cold in there. Usually it's to hot but not that night.
