Ritz Theatre - NJ

I had a great experience. Nice staff. Parking 🅿️ is located behind the theater just 6 mins walk and street is illuminated. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the seats are very close to each other and if you’re in the middle of the row and you need to go to the restroom or buy food, everyone needs to stand up and move to the aisle. Other than that it’s a nice place.

The neighborhood is scary. A lot of homeless & weird looking people lurking around. A lot of POLICE ACTIVITY from beginning to End of the concert. They were guarding the venue. I appreciated that. But definitely a RED FLAG on all Counts. The venue is old and needs updating. The seating was comfortable we sat in the left balcony. The Victor Manuelle band was amazing but the theater didn’t have surround speakers or TV monitors to broadcast the performance. There is a parking deck that cost $10, a minute walk from the Ritz entrance. They offered empanadas $2.50, water $3 alcoholic drinks average pricing $12-$18. I would not be coming back here.

First time there and I absolutely loved it!!! Took my mom there for her birthday and we had such an amazing time. The venue was stunning!! Staff did a great job of keeping people out of the aisles. We will be back for sure !!

Great venue due to the fact of parking and accommodation. There is a parking deck that cost $10, a minute walk from the Ritz entrance. The food was cheap, for example an empanada was $2.50, etc. The seating was comfortable and the sound was great.

Sold out concert yesterday with 2 great hispanic singers Amanda Miguel and Natalia Jimenez. Singers were amazing 👏 During the intermission, more than 250 woman decided to used the bathroom to find out only one male and one female bathroom with 8 stalls in it. Lines were ridiculous long and badly managed. We couldn't go outside to use a bathroom from restaurant across since there were no re-entry allow. The place was extremely hot, there were no AC or AC was super low. There were pregnant woman about to pee on themselves, elderly about to passed out and security seems to care less. One dominican female security was more concentrated in taking pictures and recording the show than to care for our safety. We missed the first 10 mins of Natalia due to waiting in line. Drinks were expensive and tasteless Their ticket system needs improvement and they need to hire more friendly staff This place needs to better their system
