We saw Three Dog Night and Little River Band. We were able to park very close to venue and it was a decent walk inside the Peoria Civic Center to the theatre. The theatre itself is beautiful and although we were fortunate to be up close to the stage, the place was packed. It looked like there wasn't a bad seat in the house. We had a great time and all the employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty which for women is a tremendous blessing!
The theater is very nice. The only issue I have with theaters is how long the rows are without an aisle to break it up. If you are sitting in the middle there are quite a few people you have to walk in front of to get out. I would also not recommend the VIP Club Lounge wasn't worth the extra in my opinion.
Wicked Thursday matinee: The theater is beautiful and the seats would have been great but there were kids in front of us who wouldn’t sit down through the whole show. We asked an usher if we could move or she could move them but apparently it wasn’t possible . I’m not sure the answer to this but maybe you could discuss some options. Maybe I should have just said something but I wasn’t sure that was appropriate. Next time maybe not a matinee
It's a very nice place, and I hope to go there again to see a concert.
The people working there are very friendly and help things run smoothly. The theater needs a refresh or remodel as it is used frequently and draws large crowds. The restrooms are small and long lines keep many from being able to get back in time when there is an intermission. The lack of a middle aisle and very tight rows are a safety concern if there ever was an emergency.
