This is a great place to see a show. I've been for general admission (open floor) and seated. Both have their advantages but here I prefer seated. Great sightlines and really good sound system. My reason for a 4 rather than a 5 is their ticket prices since they partner with Ticketmaster and utilize dynamic pricing, pricing out your average fan.
Stunning theater that has a variety of shows and performances. I've several of their Broadway productions and I'm never disappointed. The inside of the theater is beautiful and there's not a bad seat in the theater. I've seen shows from the literal last row of the mezzanine and from center orchestra and both were great experiences. The staff is very helpful and kind.
Great experience. Security is respectful and quick. Earplugs and coat check are available for a fee. Dont go to the bar by the entrance there are full service bars on the upper levels that are usually less busy. The building is pretty open to enjoy all of its space before and during the show. There are also bathrooms on the upper levels for people in balcony seats! Double vodka crans cost 30+$ but definitely worth it
I've had a fantastic time each time I've come to the Paramount. The ushers are helpful inside and out and they keep things moving to get people entered and exited swiftly. The seats are relatively comfortable and unless I've sat behind a particularly tall person I've been able to see the stage without problems from each seat I've had. Zero problems.
Awesome experience! Acoustics and seating were fine. The main issue is how tight the place feels, and how short the stairs are. I was wearing some heavier shoes, and had to walk a bit sideways to navigate them. Also, the bathrooms are down a floor, so if you're out of shape, it's a chore getting there and back to your seat. Also having the merch line wind up floors was understandable because of the tight space, but frustrating too. So I would still go to something here, but with a caveat for people with issues with stairs.
