Excellent place!! You can use the parking lot next to the hall
Please hire more staff to help that crowded place expand and provide maps for easy directions because too many people got lost. I don't have a problem with people sitting next to me but I felt bad because even though me and my boyfriend got lost we did find our seats and I'm thanking God despite all the getting lost and confused we were not late to see the start of the concert. It sure does pay off to leave for events big or small extra early especially if you travel far in poor weather conditions or gorgeous weather conditions. Less stress or no stress is our goal. Thank you to the nice helpful staff members we ran into.
The Venue is awesome because it caters to a mid size audience. Very easy access to enter and exit the building. Be careful with street parking. We paid twice and still hot a fine from the city of newark. We paid a 25.00 fee to park on street and also used the app to pay. They still got us.
Nice place but the show didn't give a break so not sure if there was a cafe
12/8/2024 - Went to see The Hip Hop Nutcracker. The entry was absolutely seamless. Everyone was very professional and pleasant, from security to the ushers to the sales clerk at the concessions . The acoustics were phenomenal and seating was standard. My only complaint was having one attendant at concessions which made wait times during intermission really long. Otherwise, everything else was flawless
