We went to an NC Symphony concert here and they played wonderfully. The concert hall is not as nice, or as big, as I expected. Maybe my expectations were too high after going to DPAC several times, which I think is a much newer and nicer place. Even with the facility being just okay, it is a nice place to see a concert and being right downtown Raleigh, it’s in a great spot.
🎶 North Carolina Symphony – A Magical Night with John Williams’ Music 🌟 We recently attended the North Carolina Symphony’s performance featuring the music of John Williams, and it was absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and memorable. The orchestra brought Williams’ iconic scores to life with breathtaking precision and emotion—every note felt like a cinematic journey. What truly elevated the evening was the exceptional staff. When we discovered someone had taken our seats, the employees didn’t just resolve the issue—they upgraded us to even better seats with kindness and professionalism. Their attentiveness and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. This wasn’t just a concert—it was an experience. If you ever get the chance to see the NC Symphony perform, especially a program as legendary as John Williams’ music, don’t hesitate. It’s a night you won’t forget.
On a busy rainy night with multiple shows the staff did not miss a beat of professionalism and welcoming so the joy started at the entrance.
We are visiting this area for Thanksgiving. We went to see the Raleigh Symphony's The Polar Express show. It was great! The music was amazing! The experience was made more memorable while sipping hot cocoa from a take home Christmas mug, while watching the performance. Everyone we interacted with was so kind! Thank you for representing your community!
I went here for the Christmas Orchestra and youth choir candle light show. It was so beautiful and this venue is wonderful! It was an excellent experience.
