McDonald Theater is the place to catch a show in Eugene. I have been to several shows over the years and it is definitely one of the top venues to see an indoor concert in Eugene. Located in downtown Eugene and there are several parking garages within walking distance. Plenty of food and bar options nearby as well. You can see the stage from pretty much anywhere on the floor. There are two bars, one downstairs with outdoor seating, and another balcony bar with limited seats though. Always looking forward to the next show!
Great acoustics and the small venue makes it a very intimate experience. I will definitely be back for the everclear concert on September 12th
Went to my second show last night. Great atmosphere and always clean!
The sound mix is physically painful. I had to leave. I have seen the band a dozen times and know they are phenomenal. They spent the entire time adjusting and motioning to correct it. The bartenders were rude and slow and bragging about being high. It’s a wildly inappropriate lineup for all ages and literal elementary aged children were there.
We had seen Labyrinth in Concert. The venue was great and the seats were moderately comfortable. We did the balcony and we could see the stage great. Wish I would have known the concessions were cash only ahead of time but they did have an ATM. Good place to see a concert or show.
