Finish dinner 30+ minutes before showtime. Most restaurants offer pre-theater menus.
Highly recommended, especially for evening performances. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Most listed restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk. Factor in extra time during busy hours.

Went to a Brit Floyd concert here recently and it was amazing. The show was fantastic and wasn’t too loud. In my opinion, It’s better here than the downtown SD civic center, which is at times, too loud. It is a bit farther of a walk for parking but not too bad. It was easy to get food and beer. Also, the best time to use the restroom is during an act because intermission, the lines are very long, yes even for the guys. So go during a song that is not one of your faves. I look forward to another event here. 👍
Great venueI like the layout and the backdrop. The acoustics are pretty good too. It's quite different up on the landing versus The section with the seats though.
Loved the view in this theater, however be prepared to walk as parking is not convenient. Also found the seats to be uncomfortable, but the sound was great, so I will accept the trade.
Such a fun venue. It's been years since I've been here and that's on me. Took my kids to attend KidzBop and to say they had a blast would be an understatement. Getting here was a cinch. Didn't have to deal with traffic or having to pay for parking. Thanks MTS for running the trolley even during an Aztec Football Game. Getting inside was simple. Security had us walk through the metal detectors and within minutes we were at our seats. Once situated, I grabbed popcorn and lemonade. The kids were in for a fun time. The place was clean and secure with police presence. The restroom was clean and easy to get in and out of. The amphitheatre is set up to where there isnt a bad seat in the house. Sound system is perfect, not too loud at all. Yes there is an occasional airplane or helicopter that flies over but it doesn't ruin anything at all. All in all, it was a perfect night. Can't wait to be back soon!
Excellent venue! Modest Mouse and Flaming Lips really put on the show. Not a bad seat at that venue highly recommend for anyone who is on the fence at seeing a show at this venue
