I had the best time at the cultural event Oktoberfest. It truly was a beautiful theme
Nice facility, helpful volunteer staff. We sat in the lower level, stage left, and the dead-end seating made getting in and out awkward for those toward the far end. At least the seats are staggered and sloped so that a tall pumpkin-head seated in front of you can't ruin the experience.
A beautiful venue! First time visiting for the Elegant Elf Marketplace & I had a blast. Great vendors, lovely crafts & creativity, great gifts, & snacks! Looking forward to next year's event!
This cast of Frozen was phenomenal. The venue was very accommodating. Almost all of the crew members were helpful one man didn’t tell us how to get to our seats and brushed us off. The theatre itself was clean; a little cold but manageable.
Let me preface this review with the fact that I am fully aware of policy, but there should be room for certain case by case scenarios. I, unfortunately, did not have a positive interaction with Sandy Springs PAC. My son and I planned to attend Dog Man: The Musical, but caught a flat tire while en route. As time passed and I realized that I was not going to be serviced in enough time (was waiting on Roadside Service), I called to see if the funds could be applied to a completely different show as there was no way for us to make it. In short, there was nothing that could be done and nothing that they were willing to do. I called at 2:07pm, which is after the show had already started, because I was on the side of the road trying to get my son situated. That did not matter, so the funds for the musical have gone to waste.
