I got a ticket to the sold out show for MJ. This was my time here. I was completely blown away by the venue and of course the performance. The Theater is amazing. I especially love the one hour in the lobby before show time. The lobby bar is excellent and meeting people is great. I can’t wait to take my friends to see shows here. I’ve been to many theaters and this one is definitely up there.
We had a terrific evening at the Avatar 20th Anniversary Concert at this venue. There did not seem to be a bad seat in the place. The acoustics were incredible for the orchestra. We sat near the sound booth, and I enjoyed watching the acoustics engineers as well.
Very disappointed about the parking situation for Walton Arts Center. There is NO disabled parking spaces anywhere within a 4 block radius of the building. My sister and I had to walk 4+ blocks away, and still wasn't able to park in an accessible disabled parking space. Loved the show we saw at the theater. But will not come back due to parking accessibility.
We saw Ali Saddiq's In The Shadows Tour comedy show and it was great! I had good hearty laughs from beginning to end. I didn't get the name of the opening act, but he did spoken word mixed with a little comedy and I enjoyed him as well. The WAC is really nice! I haven't been for a few years and they have upgraded!
Had such a blast seeing clue with my grandma. I haven't laughed that hard in awhile. There is parking all around most IS pay to park so be prepared. On the topic of being prepared have your tickets ready if you are using digital ones because the ticket area tends to get congested. They do sell concessions so if you want to get something plan show up a little earlier.
