Awesome theater, somewhat looks smaller than it actually is, comfortable regular seating for short events, modern atmosphere, clean and plenty of service rooms, it has a small bar/lounge with access to alcoholic beverages and other drinks, you can also purchase some ready to go snacks, very limited and very pricey, I would avoid if possible, definitely not good choices for the price they charge, but since they don't allow any drinks or food from the outside you need to plan accordingly or be ready to pay for overpriced low quality items. Parking is very convenient, I like the fact that the public parking garage have a direct entrance in the third floor to the theater main lobby, plenty of parking spaces if you arrived on time, don't count with easy parking if you're late. Overall, the building feels new, ambience is great and air conditioning is adequate, seating for events below two hours is ok, you will feel it if you are a tall person or for events exceeding two hours. I guess that depending on the event held this theater could be a great choice or a disappointment for some. Not impressed but definitely will come back to enjoy future events. Location is convenient, plenty of bars and parlours at walking distance to enjoy a drink after an event.
Everyone from the garage attendants, to security at the entrances are so nice (not typical, when going through the security checks) and professional! The attendants help you so much to find your seats and they are everywhere. The bartenders in the Spirit Club lounge were great and so were the servers checking on us!
I went for the Australian Pink Floyd concert. The building and amenities were absolutely outstanding. All the staff were super nice and genuinely helpful. We were way up high and the view was fabulous as was the sound.
Had a great time at the YES concert. Seating was great, acoustics were great, the band was great, and of course, the staff is always amazing. I was on crutches and the staff really helped!
The theater was lovely. The attendance were magnificent very friendly very kind. The bathrooms were very clean. Our seats were comfortable. I feel like you have a great view from anywhere you’re sitting in the lobby. Area was very nice too.
